"Discounts Don't Make Enough of a Difference"
I was hoping the discounts would make it feel like a better deal, but it still ended up being too expensive for what it is. In my opinion, it's just not worth it unless the prices come down more.

"Managing my subscription has been really easy"
I’ve had a smooth time managing my subscription on natures.com . I was able to change my delivery date and skip a month right from my account , without having to email anyone or wait around for a reply . Everything was easy to find and straightforward . It definitely saved me some hassle , and I’m happy with it so far .

"Trying to place my order was..."
Trying to place my order was so frustrating. My cart kept refreshing for no reason, and then my discount just disappeared when I got to checkout. Like, how is this okay? Payment didn’t even go through the first time, and after I finally got it to work, I never received a proper confirmation email. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Clear ingredients, with a couple things I had to hunt for"
I’m picky about what I actually read on supplement sites, and ingredient lists are usually the first thing I zoom in on. I liked that they didn’t just show the headline ingredients — the full lists were there, and for the vitamins I checked, the amounts and extra fillers were easy enough to spot.
The one thing that stood out to me was the allergen info. On some product pages it was clear right away, but on others I had to slow down and look around more than I wanted to. I tend to ignore a lot of the marketing stuff, so if something important isn’t obvious, I notice.

Overall, it felt straightforward and honest, which is why I ended up ordering. It’s not perfect, but compared with a lot of supplement sites I’ve used, this one gave me fewer reasons to second-guess everything.

"Just had some weird side effects"

"Am I the only one who thought natures.com..."
Am I the only one who thought natures.com was easy enough to browse at first, but weirdly slow to actually find certain products? The site opens fine and the search does work, but the results weren’t always what I expected, so I ended up clicking around more than I wanted to.

Checkout was straightforward, and I didn’t have any issues with pages loading. I just feel like the menu could be laid out a little better because it comes across kind of messy. Overall, it’s not a bad site, just feels average to me.

My order did show up in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much there. The only thing that threw me off was the tracking, because it sat on the same update for several days and made me wonder if the package had actually gone anywhere yet.
I did reach out by email and eventually got a response, but it took a little longer than I personally expected. Overall, I’d say the experience wasn’t bad, just a bit frustrating if you’re someone like me who likes to know where your order is along the way.

"Something feels off for the price"
I don’t know, something just feels off about the value here. The items were fine, but for what I paid, I expected either better quality or at least a more generous size. It wasn’t terrible, just not impressive enough to make me want to order again anytime soon.

"This doesn’t feel natural at all"
I ordered from Natures because I thought I was getting something clean and pure, but that’s not what it felt like at all. The smell was way too strong and didn’t seem natural to me, which is really frustrating because that’s the whole reason I bought it. The label also wasn’t clear enough, so I felt like I was left guessing about what I was actually using. Maybe other people are fine with it, but I’m annoyed I trusted this and I wouldn’t use it again.

"Shipping cost felt kinda too high"
I liked the items, but the shipping cost didn’t make much sense to me. My cart wasn’t even that big, and delivery was almost as much as the product itself. I ended up just canceling the order because it kinda didn’t feel worth it for me.

"Shipping took much longer than I expected"
I was disappointed with how long the shipping ended up taking. I placed my order and then it felt like I was just waiting around with no real idea of what was going on, because there weren’t any updates for several days. The package did eventually arrive, but it came later than I expected, and the lack of communication made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Always seems to be out of stock"
I tried placing an order on natures.com last week for a few things I needed, but most of what I wanted was out of stock. I figured maybe I just caught it at a bad time, so I checked again a few days later, and it was still the same story. It’s frustrating when products are listed on the site but you can’t actually buy them. After going back and forth for a bit, it felt kind of pointless.
